INVYRA
Terms of Service
Last updated 21 August 2026. This is an operational draft for legal review.
These terms govern use of INVYRA. They are an operational draft and should be finalised by qualified counsel. INVYRA is free during early access; paid plans may be introduced later as described below.
The platform
INVYRA provides software for invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, reservation passes, QR codes, and check-in. The operator does not become the host of your event and does not guarantee attendance.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Events and guest information
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information and for collecting guest data lawfully. Do not upload information you are not entitled to process. Child, medical, and emergency information must be limited to what the occasion requires.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt other events, or use INVYRA for unlawful activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Your responsibilities
Hosts manage invitations, capacity, consent, and on-the-door procedures. Guests are responsible for the accuracy of RSVP answers they submit.
Service limitations
The service is provided as available. Features such as email or SMS delivery depend on how the operator has configured third-party providers. We do not warrant uninterrupted access.
Intellectual property
INVYRA branding, software, and design remain the operator's property. Hosts retain rights in their event content. Uploaded posters must not infringe others' rights.
Fees and future pricing
INVYRA is currently free to use. No subscription or usage fee is charged today. We intend to introduce paid plans later. Before any charges take effect, we will update these terms and the pricing page and give hosts reasonable notice. Continued use after paid plans take effect constitutes acceptance of those charges. If you do not wish to continue on a paid plan, you may stop using the service and delete your events before billing begins.
Termination
Accounts or events may be suspended for misuse. Hosts may delete their events. Surviving terms include intellectual property, limitations, and those required by law.
